Service scope
FolioParse provides automated data conversion from supported statement, PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, CSV, XLS and XLSX files into spreadsheet exports. The service is a productivity utility for document cleanup and bookkeeping preparation.
No official or professional advice
The exported files are not official bank documents, audited records, tax filings, legal advice, accounting advice or financial advice. You remain responsible for verifying every row, amount, date, balance and formula before using the output.
Preview before payment
You should pay only after reviewing the limited preview, validation checks and warnings. Payment unlocks the full XLSX, CSV and JSON exports for the processed file. OFX and QIF are included when the source currency can be detected reliably.
Accuracy and liability
Automated conversion can make mistakes, especially with scanned PDFs, unusual layouts, corrupted files, hidden columns or poor source quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioParse is not liable for losses, penalties, decisions or downstream work based on unverified output.
Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to upload the files you submit, that you will not upload illegal material, and that you will verify the output before using it for bookkeeping, reporting, tax, banking or business decisions.
Support and service availability
Unsupported or low-confidence files may be rejected before payment. If delivery, payment or download fails, customers can open a traceable request through FolioParse Support. Eligible remedies and refund timing are described in the Refund Policy.
