Refund Policy

Preview-based purchase

Customers can review a limited preview, validation checks and warnings before payment. Please pay only when the preview is useful for your file.

When we will put things right

Contact FolioParse Support within 7 days if a paid export was not delivered, a duplicate payment occurred, or the delivered file is materially unusable because of a service error that was not reasonably visible in the preview.

We will first offer a corrected conversion or replacement export when that can resolve the problem promptly. If we cannot deliver a usable replacement, we will approve a full refund to the original payment method.

Refund processing

Approved card refunds are submitted through Ziina. Your bank and card network control the final posting time, which may take up to 14 business days. We provide a support status update when the refund has been submitted.

No refund for unverified downstream use

Because the service is an automated conversion utility, refunds do not cover losses, business decisions, tax filings, accounting work or other downstream use of unverified output. A successfully delivered export that matches the accepted preview is not refundable solely because the customer later changes their mind.
