Files and processing

Uploaded files are processed to generate a limited preview and spreadsheet exports. Extraction currently runs on our server using local processing libraries rather than sending documents to a third-party AI API.

Data collected

We may store the uploaded file, generated exports, order ID, file name, processing metrics, payment reference and email address if you provide one.

Retention

Uploaded source files and generated exports are automatically removed after approximately 24 hours. We may keep limited order metadata such as order ID, processing metrics, payment reference and status for support and reconciliation.

Payments

Payments are handled through Ziina payment links. Do not submit card details directly to FolioParse.

Support requests

When you contact support, we store the email address, order reference, issue description and case history needed to investigate and resolve the request. Do not include card numbers, passwords or source financial documents in a support message.

Your responsibility

Please remove unnecessary sensitive data before upload when possible. Only upload files you are authorized to process.
